We got Romus From Eli Brown. Blue Grass Kennels.  He is a very strong dog.  We take Romus Hiking and Camping with us.  He has a great dog.  He is 26 - 28 pounds depending on how active he is :-) and 16 inches from feet to back of neck.  He is 82.22% Decker Rat Terrier.
